How can I track my order?

Where do you ship from?

All products are manufactured in Dubai. In Switzerland, we ship the products from Urdorf, Zurich.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

The goods ordered from our online store will be delivered to you within 6-8 working days of receipt of full payment, depending on the destination and availability of the products.

What is your return policy?

You must check our products immediately upon receipt for accuracy, completeness, and any possible damage. Errors or damages must be reported to us within 5 business days.
